The restaurant flat share for everyone: a shared apartment as it lives and breathes with an open show kitchen and bar for self-ordering, a cozy lounge for coffee parties, all around a couch and work area for co-working spaces and a garden for balcony chillers. The food is cooked with great attention to detail, without ready-made products, but of course with lots of organic products, preferably from the region, and with sufficient attention to little or no waste. At Ella, plastic is avoided as much as possible, packaging for takeaways is kept to a minimum and if it is used, it is eco-friendly. Ella is proud of this, remains persistent and is constantly improving.

Ella is likeable, uncomplicated, cheeky, modern, stylish, environmentally conscious, communicative and a passionate hostess. Every now and then she lets us hear or read something about her and throws the occasional party.
